My Pockets is a production company and arts organisation that believes in the power of creativity to change lives.
Founded over 15 years ago by Peter and Sally Snelling we have developed a unique method that invites people with experiences of the subject of a project into our creative process. Participants develop ideas, write scripts, draw, perform and make music. This collaborative approach creates work that is authentic, honest, heartfelt, funny and above all human.
We have delivered projects for a wide range of clients including the BBC, BFI, NHS, Barnardos, National Lottery, Youth Music, Spirit of 2012 and won many accolades including two UK Charity Film Awards and multiple BFI Into Film Awards. Our work has been screened on the BBC, at the V&A Museum, internationally at film festivals and we have been invited to Downing Street in recognition of our work with young people.
